Zephra is a subscription-based software service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page (Cancel Plan) or by emailing hello@zephraai.com. On cancellation your plan stops renewing and you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
As Zephra provides immediate digital access to its platform, fees already charged for a billing period are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@zephraai.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
