Zephra is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for planning, generating, and optimising digital advertising campaigns. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and there are no shipping charges or shipping timelines. In this policy, "delivery" means the electronic provisioning of access to the Zephra platform and the features included in your chosen plan.
On successful payment, your account is upgraded to the purchased plan and the allowances and features for that plan become available immediately, including (depending on the plan you select):

All software, features, and services are delivered digitally over the internet. Zephra is account-based — there are no downloads, license keys, or installation steps. After a successful payment the plan is activated automatically on your existing Zephra account and a payment confirmation is sent to your registered email address. You use the service by signing in at our website with your registered email (via a one-time passcode) or with Google Sign-In.
Access is granted instantly once your payment is confirmed — your plan and its usage limits are upgraded right away, with no waiting period. In the rare event of a payment-processor or server delay, activation may take up to a few minutes. If your plan has not been activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact hello@zephraai.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Zephra is a cloud-based service accessible globally via the internet. There are no geographical restrictions on access to the platform, subject to applicable laws and the availability of supported advertising platforms in your region.
Your Zephra subscription fee covers access to the Zephra platform only. Any advertising budget you choose to spend on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other connected platforms is billed and paid by you directly to those platforms, and is not part of, or collected by, Zephra.
