"The problem was never that organisations lacked skill or resources. The problem was that the tools were never designed to talk to each other and someone always had to be the one holding everything together."
Rohan built Zephra from a specific observation made across fifteen years and every scale of organisation: companies running the same channels, using similar tools, getting a fraction of the results they should not because of poor strategy, but because the tools don't coordinate.
At Bosch, Freudenberg, and Centena Group, Rohan saw what coordinated marketing looks like when the infrastructure exists to support it. The founding motivation was not to bring enterprise tactics to smaller teams it was to fix something broken at every scale: give organisations their time back so the people running them can focus on the work that actually requires them.
